4. Car stream not showing in Android Auto after Android 13 Update
If you are having this issue, please follow the following step-by-step guide. Make sure that you go through all the steps correctly to fix this issue.
- Go into your Android apps and find Android Auto
- Clear cache for Android Auto
- Reboot phone.
- Carstream should be in Android Auto again.
If the above method is not working on your latest Android, try the next method below.
- Go to settings.
- Connected devices.
- Find Android auto.
- On the Android Auto screen just scroll down to the bottom where the About section is shown.
- Click on "Version & Permissions" 10 times to enable Android Auto developer settings.
- Then go to the top right and click on 3 dots.
- Click on "Developer settings"
- Scroll down to “Unknown settings’’.
- Put a checkmark on the setting and restart your Android device.
5. Google pixel 7/ Pixel 7 pro Android 13 CarSteam not woking issue

6. CarStream showing “No new messages during this drive", installed with AAAD.
Users who align with the Android Auto CarStream app have reported the issue, showing a black screen with an error message, saying " No new Messages during this drive". This issue has arisen after updating Android 14.

No solution found so far exactly.
However, you can try it with an AA wireless dongle, turned on developer mode. Works for Android 14 CarStream app.
7.CarStream not working in the background with Maps.
You can not play CarStream while another app is running in the background.
8. CarStream not working on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Android 14.
CarStream currently not working in Android 14. We’ll have to wait until something new comes in. But if you have an AA wireless dongle, you can try it with the developer mode on with CarStream.
09.CarStream app not working with Netflix on Android Auto
CarStream app only supports playing YouTube on Android Auto. CarStream Netflix is not supported yet. Therefore you can try another method to watch Netflix on Android Auto.
